Sant Joan

Sant Joan (in English: Saint John) is a very Catalan tradition. It is a very local party where  everyone in Barcelona goes out on the 22nd of June as the next day is a bank holiday. You’ll see many fireworks and bangers, as it is totally allowed that night. Barcelona is crowded with people enjoying the party and having fun. The best spot is definitely at the beach, where the party is heating up. Watch out where you walk, you don’t want to put your feet over a banger!
